Q&A: Is Fedor just one in a zillion or can MMA fighters be consistent winner?

Question by Bruce Tzu: Is Fedor just one in a zillion or can MMA fighters be consistent winner?
Seems that Fedor is the only fighter with a pristine record. The best of the best in MMA seem to lose. Hughes, GSP, Gomi, Henderson, Liddell, Wanderlai all have good records but they are beatable.

Will MMA ever be like boxing with fighters that rarely lose? Look at Floyd Mayweather he has been fighting for many years now and not 1 loss. Does the sport need fighters that don't lose?

theres to many dimensions in the sport to be a consistent fighter. You can be a dominant fighter, but everyone is beatable in the sport, if it was just boxing or wrestling then ya they could be consistant, and fedor will lose someday...if he doesnt then, i duno thatd be wierd i guess...

Fedor Emelianenko, The Great MMA Legend

Fedor Emelianenko has been hailed as one of the greatest MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) athletes that has ever been. He is currently the World Alliance of Mixed Martial Arts Heavyweight Champion. Born on September 28, 1976, Fedor Emelianenko has proven throughout the last decade that he is a prime heavyweight champion fighter, and is second to none. In Mixed Martial Arts fighting circles, he is known as The Last Emporor and has worked his way to becoming a legend in the sport.

Fedor Emelianenko was born in Luhansk, Ukraine, of the former USSR. Fedors father was a worker in the steel mills, and his mother was an elementary school teacher. Fedor Emelianenko has one older sister, and he has two brothers who also are fighters in Mixed Martial Arts. When Fedor Emelianenko was still very young, he started getting involved in the world of fighting. He started out training in Sambo and judo. By the time he was 10 years old, Fedor Emelianenko was working his way steadily up to becoming a master of both of those sports, even though apparently he had been very small as a child. Now standing at 6 feet tall, at 235 pounds, when he was a child he had not been overly tall, husky, or overweight.

Fedor Emelianenko graduated from his high school in 1991 and enrolled in a professional trade school, where he was an honors student and an honors graduate in 1994. From 1995 to 1997, Fedor Emelianenko was a soldier in the Russian Army, where he held his position as a military firefighter. While he was in the army, he continued his training with Sambo, his only workout area being a makeshift gym that he had put together.

Two years after he left the Russian Army, Fedor Emelianenko married his girlfriend, Oksana. A few months after they were married, their first child, a daughter named Masha, was born. In 2006, his marriage to his wife ended and he began a family with his girlfriend, Marina, and another daughter was born.

In 1997, Fedor Emelianenko was honored when he had earned the official certification of a Master of Sports in Judo and Sambo. The following year, Fedor Emelianenko earned the bronze medal n the Russian Judo Championship. In the year 2000, Fedor Emelianenko started competing on a professional level in mixed martial arts and combat Sambo.

The Great MMA Fighter Fedor Emelianenko

Fedor Emelianenko is said to be one of the best heavyweight fighters in the world. Known in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) as The Last Emporor, Fedor Emelianenko has proven that he is one of the greatest Mixed Martial Arts champions who has ever lived. ESPN, The Wrestling Observer, and The Fight Network all couldnt agree more.

Fedor Emelianenko was born on September 28, 1976 in Luhansk, part of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in the former Soviet Union. His father was a steel worker, and his mother had been an elementary school teacher. Fedor Emelianenko has two other brothers who also are fighters, though not quite to the extent that he does. All three of the boys are involved in Mixed Martial Arts. Aleksander, Fedor, and Ivan Emelianenko all have many years experience in fighting.

Fedor Emelianenko began as a small child training in the arts of Judo and Sambo, and had all but mastered the fighting styles before he was 10 years old. Fedor Emelianenko was not a large or oversized child at all; he was said to have been below average in size, and no one would ever have guessed that he would have turned out to be a fighter. He claims that it is through his dedication and will power that he was able to get as far as he has today as a champion fighter.

Fedor Emelianenko did not go into fighting as a career right after he was done with school. He graduated from high school in 1991 to attend a professional trade school. He did graduate from the trade school, and from there, Fedor Emelianenko enlisted in the army, and was a firefighter in the army for two years from 1995 to 1997. Once Fedor was out of the army for two years, he courted and married a girl he had been with for a long time, and not long afterwards, their daughter Masha was born.

All the while that Fedor Emelianenko had been in the army and in school, he had continued his training in Judo and Sambo, and by 1997 he was certified as a Master of Sports in both areas. He was asked by the Russian National Team to join them. He did join the team, and in 1998, he won the bronze medal in the Russian Judo Championship. Only two years later in 2000, he began competitions at the professional level in combat Sambo and Mixed Martial Arts.

The fans who follow this great fighter are extremely dedicated to Emelianenko. They admire his courage, his perseverance, and his determination even at a young age to not let his small size keep him from following his dreams of becoming a great fighter.
